Is there a good decent way to get HDTV signal laptop via a USB tuner on one?
I want to be able to see my bedroom HD TV in my bottom and all I have is my laptop there. I would even try a sling box pro, when all is possible, or one or the other models. I HD dishnetwork up in my apartment, but just not the cable to run the ground floor and cannot. Thanks for your suggestions to get my HD signal down.
You could try the Pinnacle HD Pro Stick TV that I saw for anywhere from $ 50 to $ 129 It works well and comes with a small HD antenna. The processor requirements are pretty steep, "Intel Pentium 4 2.4 GHz, Pentium M 1.3 GHz or AMD Athlon 64 processor (for HDTV reception, a Pentium D or Pentium Dual Core or equivalent AMD Athlon 64 processor is recommended), but if you have a fast laptop, the ATSC tuner works fine and you get a DVR software also.
